Meet the Team

Claudia Diamond

Claudia was born and raised in a small town in the province of Newfoundland Labrador before moving to Whitecourt in 1998. Quickly after arriving “out west” she began her career in the insurance industry working as a receptionist at a local insurance brokerage. It didn’t take long for Claudia to move up the ranks and eventually become an office manager. In that same time, she also achieved the highly recognized industry designations of CAIB and CPIB.

Then in 2016 the next chapter of Claudia’s career began when she opened a brokerage of her own which she proudly named Timberland Insurance which is a reflection of the forestry industry which is one of the many industries that Whitecourt is proud to call its own.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, spending time with family and friends and if you know Claudia at all you know that her biggest passion is of course her love of dogs.

Belinda Hudon

Belinda originally comes from Manitoba where she lived on a family farm until 1999 at which time, she moved to Brandon for about 15 years and then moving to Whitecourt in 2014. After working for a large retail store in town for about 5 years when Belinda moved, she joined Timberland Insurance in February 2019. We quickly realized that Belinda’s many years of retail experience was a big asset to the office in helping clients and we are so thankful to have her as part of the team.

Early on Belinda demonstrated a strong desire to further her education by achieving her Level 1 insurance license in October 2019 followed by her Level 2 insurance license in December 2020. An interesting fact about Belinda is that she has a large Coca Cola memorabilia collection but drinks Pepsi!

In her personal time, Belinda loves reading while cuddling with her cat Mia and when not reading she is outside hiking and kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter.

Madison Butler

Madison started her insurance career in 2011 as a receptionist for an insurance company in Edmonton where she quickly moved her way up into a Commercial Auto underwriting position. After a few years on the company side, she decided to make the next move and join the broker force to expand her product knowledge. Madison joined Timberland in 2023 and with her experience and passion for Agriculture and Commercial Insurance has become a very welcomed addition to the team.

Madison loves to have fun dance parties and workouts with her two young daughters and cheer for her hometown team, Winnipeg Blue Bombers!

Her passion for insurance and her dedication to her clients continues to grow year after year.

She has enjoyed 16 years as a licensed professional in the insurance industry and takes great pride in her work ethic and going above and beyond to exceed clients expectations.  She is grateful and thrilled to be a part of the Timberland Insurance Team.

Outside of work she is enjoying life with her three daughters and two granddaughters, and cheering on her Oilers, Blue Jays, and Elks.  If she isn’t travelling, she is always finding ways to enjoy the outdoors – fishing, hiking, lake life – and is passionate about home decor both inside and out.

Jami-Lynne Gallant

Jami-Lynne came to Timberland in the summer of 2017 as a temporary employee. She quickly realized that she wanted to be a permanent part of the Timberland family, and with no insurance background, she began her insurance education journey. She quickly earned herself a position as a Commercial Account Manager, and most recently became a Commercial Account Executive. Her main focus is to retain small to mid-sized commercial clients, while exceeding service expectations and growing strong relationships.

In the winter months you will find Jami and her daughter in the stands of some hockey rink in Europe cheering on her husband. With advancements in technology and the changes in the ways we do business, Jami is able to work remotely during these months and still be available to provide excellent service.
